How do I refer a deal?

If you have ever been a position where a deal you received isn’t right for you, but you think would be great for someone else, you can choose to Refer it via Axial. Navigate to your deals view, select a row to open the deal, and click “Refer”. The button is enabled when the sell-side allows for referrals on their deal.

Who can I refer a deal to?

You can refer a deal to Axial members or non-Axial members alike. The referred party will be subject to Axial’s Success Fee upon deal closure. You may refer one person at a time.

What happens when you refer a deal to someone?

When you enter in an email and select “Refer”, the individual will receive the below email from Axial and you will be cc’d.

How will I know if the individual is interested in the deal?

Axial will follow up with you directly if the individual pursues the deal via Axial.
