Axial members sometimes bump into an issue with Gmail’s sorting algorithm mistakenly identifying their emails from Axial as Promotions or Spam. Here’s a walkthrough to make sure that you, as a Gmail user, are not missing your Axial emails due to this issue.
Copy and paste this term into your Gmail inbox search bar: from:(%@mail.axial.net)
Click the button labelled “Create Filter”.
Open the dropdown menu next to “Categorize as:”, and select “Primary”.
Be sure you also select “Also apply filter to matching conversations.” This will cause it to retroactively “rescue” any prior emails from our app which had been mistakenly classified by Google as spam or promotions.
Wrap up by clicking “Create filter”, and going forward, your Axial mail will go straight to your primary inbox.
