Axial members on the sellside can easily identify and interact with Axial buyside firms through our deal tools when their opportunity fits within a buyside member’s sourcing criteria.
For Sellside Members:
As a sellside member looking to see a list of recommended member on the Axial network, you can create a project from the homepage (with the goal of either selling a business or raising minority capital). After you’ve provided some basic information about the deal, Axial’s recommendation algorithm will suggest a list of buyside members for you to consider reaching out to, ranked in order of best fit. When you’ve identified who you want to talk to, crafting a message and sharing the teaser can be done in a few simple step within the Recommended Member list of your project. Once you’ve completed this initial outreach, the member you’ve messaged will move over to your Contacted Members list, where you will be able to send follow-up messages. For Buyside Members:
Members on the buyside also use projects to discover opportunities (either to buy a business or provide minority capital), but the way that these projects work is slightly different. You’ll first enter the specifics of your sourcing criteria and activate the project. Once this is done, you’ll begin to appear as a Recommended Member for sellside projects for which you could be a good fit. For more details on running this process, click here.
Buyside members also have the ability to message users they discover on the platform outside of the project tools.
