All users under your firm’s account on Axial have the ability to change the assigned user for a given Project. Whoever is selected will receive all email correspondence surrounding the project.
There are two different ways to do this, depending on whether the project is on the buyside (Buy Company, Provide Capital) or the sellside (Sell Company, Raise Capital).
On the homepage, click on the project you’d like to update to see its summary page, then click Edit Project. Go to the final section of your Core Filters, called Headline, Description, & Contact, where you’ll find a dropdown menu under the heading: Primary Contact. Select a user from your team and save your project.
On the homepage, click the project you’d like to update, then go to your Outreach Setup tab. In your Message / Notification Settings section, you will notice your Primary Contact section where you can select the user at your account. Be sure to save your changes after you’ve made your selection, and wait for confirmation that the changes took effect before leaving the page.
